The Courage Center's Day In May fundraising event is a way for us to celebrate recovery in our community, break the stigma of addiction, and raise funds to help us continue to provide a safe and supportive setting for individuals and families on the journey to recovery from substance use disorder at no cost.

Featuring Ryan Leaf, an American former professional football player who was a quarterback for the San Diego Chargers, Dallas Cowboys, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Seattle Seahawks. After his journey through substance use disorder and being released from jail in 2014, Ryan Leaf has dedicated his life to spreading the word of recovery and helping others seek help.
Since then, Ryan has over 10 years in recovery and has become a keynote speaker, analyst, and podcast host for "The Last Mile".
