The Prisma Health Bridge Clinic is a short term, low-barrier primary care clinic for patients with active substance use.

City of Columbia Rapid Shelter

The Rapid Shelter Columbia includes approximately 50 Pallet sleeping cabins with 24 hour security, on-site case management services, on-site food services and it provides a safe, stable and more sanitary environment for displaced/unhoused persons who may need assistance with getting their lives back in order.

Transitions

Transitions serves men and women across the Midlands of South Carolina, helping them transition out of homelessness by stabilizing their lives, increasing their income, and securing permanent housing.

Oxford House

Oxford House is the largest network of recovery homes with houses in all major areas of South Carolina.
We provide a safe, affordable living environment that is supportive of individuals with substance use disorder
